HOME ACCESS
Provide a secure and convenient way for us to enter your home.
If you won’t be home, please provide clear instructions or a lockbox code. Make sure all driveways, pathways, and entrances are clear and easy to access.
SUPPLIES
We bring high-quality cleaning products and tools needed for your service.
If you prefer that we use specific products in your home, please have them ready and clearly labeled before we arrive. For residential cleans, please leave your vacuum accessible for our team to use during the service.
DE-CLUTTERING
Please pick up personal items so we can focus on cleaning.
We do our best to tidy as we clean, but too much clutter can slow us down and prevent us from cleaning certain areas thoroughly.
FRAGILE ITEMS
Remove or store fragile or valuable items and let us know about any delicate pieces.
Although we handle everything with care, accidents can happen. Let us know about delicate or high-risk items so we can take extra precautions.
PETS
Please keep pets in a safe area away from the cleaning zones.
If your pets have special needs, are nervous, or require particular care, please let us know beforehand so our cleaner can prepare accordingly.
